Michelin Three Star Demon Chef Alvin Leung kicks off the series in San Francisco, collaborating with celebrity Chef Michael Mina, ‘Chef of all Chefs ‘Ken Tominaga and Executive Chef Adam Mali of the Mandarin Oriental San Francisco. He shares his culinary technique with renowned chef Corey Lee of Benu Restaurant. Chef also takes us to Singapore and concludes by visiting Taipei and singing partner Emil Chau Wakin.
