Papillon IX Hong Kong

On April 2nd and 3rd 2010 - Papillon IX wine pairing dinner took place at Hong Kong's Michelin Star Restaurant Bo Innovation. A nine course menu was specially crafted for the event by Michelin Star Demon Chef - Alvin Leung and Robert Mondavi Winery Chef Jeff Mosher. This multi course extravaganza included Chef Alvin's signature dishes as well as Chef Mosher's creations and Napa Valley's finest cuisine. This special occasion is a continuation of Q Production Inc's Papillon series. The first lady of Napa Mrs. Margrit Mondavi was the host at this elite event in Hong Kong.
