Elisa Chan
Despite of her petite and delicate appearance, she commands a powerful
and strong delivery in both fast and rhythmic numbers yet mellow and
husky in presenting slow moody ballads. Elisa performs in Japanese,
English, Tagalog and Italian, in addition to her native tongues of
Cantonese and Mandarin. In 1986, she was invited to South Korea as a special guest to perform
in the Asian Games Pre-Opening Ceremony. She has also been invited to
participate in various music festivals in different countries
including Tokyo, Seoul, Verona, Australia, England, Canada and Taipei.
In 1995, Elisa took her first acting challenge in a Cantonese drama
called “I have a date with Spring” performing a total of 70 shows.
In 1996, Elisa was invited by the Hong Kong Tourist Association to
sing the song “Simply the Best” which was the title theme song for
promoting Hong Kong around the world.
Destined to opening up new frontiers in the international scenes,
Elisa is fully confident in accomplishing this mission and making it
all the way to the top with her gift, talent as well as her true
professionalism.
